Terms and Conditions:
-The terms and conditions of sale are legally binding.
-Payments can be made via Cash, All Major Credit Cards or EMT. EMT's may be sent to isotopexotics@gmail.com
-No sales will be made to persons under the age of 18 without prior written consent from responsible guardians.
-It is the buyers responsibility to be familiar with, and adhere to all Provincial, State and local laws regarding the sale and keeping of these reptiles before committing to a purchase.
-Delivery. Sex, health and genetics are guaranteed. (See below for theoretical ID) A genetics certificate will be offered with your snake to identify it.
-All animals are shipped and delivered healthy. You must be available to Receive or pick up your package from your local accredited delivery hub from 8am to 5pm and From 8am to 11pm at your local airport with air Canada cargo. Health guarantee is 7 days so please contact me in this time frame so I can help remedy any situation. if anything appears to be an issue, it will be resolved. I neither reimburse or take responsibility for any third parties actions or involvement.
-Deposits are a minimum of 25% of the total and are non-refundable. If in the event I cannot deliver said animal, I will refund deposits naturally. Sales are final. I do not accept returns.
-Deposits to reserve a snake are arrangements to pay within a certain time, this payment plan is made before the sale. In the event that payments are not respected on the said date, no more than 4 additional weeks will be allowed to complete payments or the transaction will be void.
-Deposits are transferable within 14 days provided the desired animal is still available. If the desired animal is no longer available at this time, this does not warrant a refund of the deposit. If the desired animal is of lesser value than the initial selection, the deposit (min 25% non refundable) remains valued at the initial selections agreed upon price.
-Snakes are shipped via Air Canada Cargo, Harbour Air or Reptiles Express.
-Shipping cost is determined at the time of sale. I do ship in winter when there is a window above 0c for both locations. The only way to save shipping costs is to pick up in vancouver B.C.
-I guarantee live and healthy arrival with shipping. Please send a pic once animal is arrived.
-A printed color genetics certificate is available on request and mailed for an extra 10$
-THEORETICAL IDENTIFICATION OF MULTI-GENE ANIMALS: When hatching complex multi gene animals often times breeders will identify the combination of genes by making an educated guess based on past experience. In these cases the genetics can only be verified through actual breeding trials. All customers should understand the risk associated with purchasing an animal with a theoretical or presumptive ID. Sometimes the animal you end up with may prove to have a different genetic make up than anticipated. This could turn out to be good if the customer ends up with a new or extra genes. Or it could be bad if the customer ends up with less or an undesirable gene. Be sure to understand the difference between definitive and theoretical labels on animals you purchase from us or elsewhere. Ask about the parental stock that produced the offspring and consider the outcome carefully. The only guarantee that anyone can make regarding Theoretical IDs is mistakes will happen, presumptions will on occasion prove false.
We can only guarantee that multi-gene animals with a “Theoretical ID” will be identified to the best of our ability and we will NEVER intentionally mislead or deceive a customer regarding the genetic makeup of an animal.
-It is the customer’s responsibility to learn how to properly care for the animals they purchase. If you aren't certain of something, ask us. We can help you. We will not take responsibility for a person’s lack of knowledge or poor husbandry skills. If a customer lacks the proper experience or facilities to care for an animal, we reserve the right to terminate the transaction.
